Between Eastbourne and Pencarow lighthouse you will find numerous left hand point breaks. Best on bigger Southerly swells. The waves get increasingly bigger as you get closer to the Pencarrow lighthouse with the best break happening at the Pencarrow head. This however is only accessible via 4wd track that is closed to public vehicles. A 7km walk or bike with your board is required for the Pencarrow head break. Otherwise you will find a break half way or just back from the car park. Suitable for all surfers. Best conditions : Southerly swells, north easterly winds on all tides.
